Our Process

How We Work

Our delivery process is built around clarity, accountability, and security. You know what is happening at every stage — no black-box consulting.

Our Engagement Process

Every client engagement follows this structured process — adapted to your engagement type and size.

1

Discovery Call

We start with a focused 30–60 minute discovery call to understand your environment, challenges, and goals. No sales pitch — just honest conversation.

2

Technical Assessment

For project work, we conduct a lightweight technical assessment of your current environment to identify risks, gaps, and the most effective path forward.

3

Proposal & SOW

We deliver a clear proposal or Statement of Work with defined scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. No hidden costs or scope surprises.

4

Engineer Assignment / Project Kickoff

We assign the right engineers for your stack and kick off the project with your team. For staffing, we present vetted candidates within the agreed SLA.

5

Delivery & Reporting

We execute with weekly status updates, documented change management, and transparent communication throughout the engagement.

6

Handover & Ongoing Support

At project close, we deliver full documentation, runbooks, and optional knowledge transfer. Ongoing managed services and support contracts are available.

Engagement Models

Choose the model that fits your situation. We can also combine models for complex engagements.

Fixed-Scope Project

Defined SOW with agreed scope, timeline, deliverables, and price. Best for migrations, deployments, assessments, and implementations with clear start and end points.

Examples

Managed Service

Ongoing monthly support and management of your environment. Best for organizations that need continuous expertise without building a full-time internal team.

Contract Staffing

Vetted IT professionals placed on your team on a time-and-materials basis. Best for project augmentation, gap coverage, or when you need a specialist fast.

Direct Placement

We identify and screen full-time candidates for permanent positions on your team. You own the hire — we handle the sourcing, screening, and matching.

How We Work Inside Your Environment

For cloud and Microsoft 365 clients, we do not require you to trust us with permanent admin credentials. We use Microsoft-approved access models that give you full visibility and control.

  • Azure Lighthouse

Structured multi-tenant management with full audit trail and revocable access.

  • GDAP (Microsoft)

Granular, time-bound delegated access for M365 and Entra ID work.

  • Least-Privilege Principle

We request only the permissions required for the agreed scope. No permanent global admin.

  • Change Management

All changes documented in writing, approved before execution, logged for your audit records.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work inside our cloud tenant?

Yes. We work inside client-approved environments using secure delegated access. For Azure, we support Azure Lighthouse for structured multi-tenant management. For Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, we use GDAP (Granular Delegated Admin Privileges) for time-bound, least-privilege access. We do not request permanent global admin access.

What is included in a typical SOW?

Every SOW includes: defined scope and out-of-scope items, timeline with milestones, specific deliverables, pricing, change management process, and ownership of deliverables. We do not start work without a signed SOW.

How do you handle changes during a project?

We use a simple change request process. If scope changes arise, we document them, estimate the impact, get written approval, and proceed. We do not absorb scope creep silently — we flag it and agree on the path forward.

Can you work with our existing vendors?

Yes. We regularly work alongside other IT vendors, in-house teams, and managed service providers. We document roles and responsibilities clearly at kickoff to avoid overlap or conflict.

What happens at the end of a project?

Every project closes with documentation, runbooks, and optional knowledge transfer sessions. We do not create dependency on our team — you should be able to operate what we built.

How do you handle client data and confidentiality?

We operate under NDA on every engagement. We access only what is needed for the agreed scope, follow least-privilege access principles, and document all access grants and revocations.
